How Trivox handles account data, creative inputs, and generated 3D assets.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Trivox collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, Studio workspace, APIs, generation workflows, and related services.

If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise a privacy right, contact us at privacy@trivox.ai.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, organization, authentication details, and communication preferences.
  • Workspace content, including prompts, uploaded images, uploaded 3D files, generated previews, generated models, textures, collections, comments, and download history.
  • Usage and device information, including pages viewed, actions taken, browser or device type, approximate location derived from IP address, logs, error reports, and performance data.
  • Billing information handled by our payment providers, such as plan, invoice, billing address, and payment status. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

  • To provide, secure, and improve Trivox, including account access, 3D generation workflows, asset storage, previews, downloads, API access, and customer support.
  • To process generation jobs, route requests to infrastructure or model providers, show job status, debug failures, and maintain reliable product operations.
  • To communicate with you about product updates, service notices, account activity, security events, billing, and support requests.
  • To analyze aggregate product usage, diagnose performance, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and protect the rights and safety of users and Trivox.

Uploaded assets and generated content

  • Trivox processes prompts, reference images, source models, and generated outputs so the service can create and manage 3D assets for you.
  • We do not sell your private workspace assets. We do not use private customer assets in public marketing unless you give us permission.
  • If a generation workflow uses a third-party model or infrastructure provider, the inputs and job metadata needed to complete that workflow may be sent to that provider under applicable contractual and security controls.

How we share information

  • Service providers may process information for hosting, analytics, payments, customer support, security, email, logging, and AI generation infrastructure.
  • Workspace collaborators may see content, activity, and metadata according to the permissions and sharing settings in your account or organization.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, to protect Trivox or others, during a business transaction, or with your consent.

Retention and deletion

  • We keep account information, workspace data, generated assets, and operational logs for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
  • You may delete certain assets or request deletion of your account. Some information may remain in backups, audit records, billing records, or legal archives for a limited period.

Security

  • We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
  • No online service can be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.

Your choices and rights

  • You may access, update, export, or delete certain account and workspace information through Trivox Studio where those controls are available.
  • Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. We will respond according to applicable law.
  • You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications by using unsubscribe controls or contacting us.

Children, international use, and changes

  • Trivox is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • If you use Trivox from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or other appropriate means.
