These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Trivox. By using Trivox, you agree to these Terms. If you use Trivox on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Using Trivox
- You may use Trivox only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
- You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, collaborators, API keys, prompts, uploads, generated assets, and any use of Trivox through your credentials.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
Creative inputs and generated outputs
- You keep the rights you have in prompts, images, source models, textures, and other materials you upload to Trivox.
- Subject to these Terms and your plan, Trivox assigns to you the rights it has in generated outputs created through your account, excluding Trivox technology, platform code, model infrastructure, and third-party materials.
- You grant Trivox the limited rights needed to host, copy, process, transform, display, transmit, and store your inputs and outputs to provide the service, operate generation jobs, support collaboration, and improve reliability.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and your use of generated outputs do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of others.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Trivox to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not upload materials you do not have permission to use, attempt to reverse engineer the service, bypass rate limits, probe security controls, scrape the platform, or interfere with other users.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide Trivox as a competing hosted service unless we have agreed in writing.
Plans, payments, and credits
- Some features require a paid plan, usage credits, or API access. Prices, credit amounts, rate limits, and included features may change over time.
- Fees are billed through our payment providers and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate agreement.
- Generation jobs may consume credits once submitted, even if the result requires human review or further iteration.
API and integrations
- If you use Trivox APIs, you are responsible for securing API keys, respecting rate limits, monitoring usage, and ensuring your application complies with these Terms.
- We may suspend API access that creates security risk, service degradation, excessive load, abuse, or legal exposure.
- Webhook URLs, logs, and integration metadata may be processed to deliver API functionality and diagnose errors.
Third-party services and model providers
- Trivox may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment processors, analytics tools, and AI model providers.
- Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, availability, and output behavior. Trivox is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Service changes and availability
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Trivox, including models, features, limits, pricing, and workflows.
- We work to keep Trivox reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or that generated assets will meet every production requirement.
Intellectual property
- Trivox and its licensors own the service, software, interfaces, documentation, brand assets, and underlying technology.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Trivox technology except as allowed by these Terms or a written agreement.
Termination
- You may stop using Trivox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully.
- After termination, some provisions continue, including payment obligations, ownership, license grants needed for prior operation, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
Disclaimers and liability
- Trivox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable without human review. You are responsible for reviewing assets before commercial, legal, safety-critical, or production use.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trivox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Contact and changes
- We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
